Winter work schedule in complex "Santa Marina"

We remind you that from November 2022, the complex switches to winter schedule of working.

This means that in the complex will be carried out activities to turn off the boilers and the supply of hot and cold water has been suspended.

During this period, for security purposes, access to all non-resident entrances will be restricted.

Office 310 «Property Management» works from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 16:30 with clients.

In this connection we kindly ask you to let us know in advance about your period of stay in the complex, which will help us provide you with unhindered access to your property, as well as the necessary communications.

Please inform the main reception of your departure date. In this way, you help us in ensuring the safety of the complex.
