Summer care

Dear owners, we offer you the "Summer care" service package.
We take on the responsibility to care for your property from June to October.

Your property should be insured.

Prepare your apartment for summer season and inspection twice a month:
✓ aeration of the property;
✓ bring the balcony furniture into the apartment /table and chairs, if such are available/;
✓ inspect for visible defects /e.g., a mould, flooding, damages and etc/;
✓ inspect for insects /if found - treatment not using insecticides/;
✓ clear the balcony drains

Inspection of the property during extreme weather conditions /storms, rains, big frosts and etc/.

Switch on the dehumidifier (if it’s available) whenever required.

Notify (e-mail) the owner in case of nessecity (if a decision should be taken).

Prepare for occupation pre-ordered by the owner:

✓ put out the balcony furniture /table and chairs, if such are available/

✓ inspection of water supply and sewerage system /open stop-cocks for warm and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as those of washing machine and dishwasher if such are available/

During the provision of the current service, monthly Public Utility Service Tax at the rate of 15 BGN will not be gathered.
