TERMS OF USE
Once the members has purchased a club card or has renewed the subscription of an existing card, they will receive an email from our administrator with a card activation confirmation and instructions on the email address given as a contact details.
When using the card for sports activities or cleaning services the cardholders need to sigh in their profile at www.smpm.bg and choose the service they wish to use. Each member will see preferential prices for services, corresponding to the level of the club card they possess.
When using the card at the restaurants, for sports and at the stores in Santa Marina it is necessary that all cardholder inform in advance the employees that they possess such a card and provide it upon request. The discount does not apply to organized events, promotional and festive offers.
Switching from one card level to another cannot be done by covering the price difference between the two. If a cardholder has a specific card level and wishes to switch to another card level, he/she needs to buy a new card. Once activated, all new cards are active until 31th January on the following year.
